Secure checkout
Capawi™ uses Shopify-supported checkout technology and established payment providers to process eligible transactions. Checkout pages use encrypted connections designed to protect information while it is transmitted.
Accepted payment methods
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, device, currency, or order value. Depending on availability, options may include major credit or debit cards and accelerated payment services supported by the store.
How payment information is handled
Payment credentials are submitted to the applicable payment processor. Capawi™ does not store complete credit or debit card numbers on its own servers. Payment providers may retain and process information under their own privacy and security practices.
Payment authorization
Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to charge the displayed order total, including applicable shipping charges and taxes. An authorization or pending charge does not always mean the order has been finally accepted.
Fraud prevention and verification
Orders may be reviewed to protect customers and the store from unauthorized activity. We or our payment partners may request reasonable verification, decline a transaction, limit quantities, or cancel an order when information cannot be verified or suspicious activity is detected.
Declined or duplicate charges
If a payment is declined, confirm that the billing information matches the card issuer’s records or contact the payment provider. A declined or interrupted attempt may temporarily appear as a pending authorization; release timing is controlled by the applicable bank or payment provider.
Currency and taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the store or at checkout. Your card issuer may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees. Applicable taxes, duties, or charges are shown or handled according to the order destination and available checkout information.
Protecting your account
Use a strong, unique password, keep account and device access private, and contact us promptly if you believe an order or account activity is unauthorized. Capawi™ will never ask you to send a full payment-card number or password by email.
